A FREE FORM RETREAT
Wilbur Hot Springs is a free-

TIME TO SLOW DOWN
Summertime and the livin' is easy... iridescent dragonflies circle and hover, hummingbirds flash their gleaming hues. Relax in our mineral springs; swim in the pool and cool off in the gentle breeze. Listen to the birds; watch the deer and her fawns graze. Linger on the veranda with your lunch.

NOTES FROM THE CARETAKER |
|
|
Dear Friends of Wilbur:
Last week I interviewed Dr. Dwight Lundell, a surgeon who has performed over 5,000 open heart surgeries. His books "The Great Cholesterol Lie" and "The Cure for Heart Disease", offer an alternative to the theory that cholesterol is the major cause of heart disease. Dr. Lundell points to inflammation.
I consider this interview important enough to include in this letter to let you know you can listen to an archive of the interview which is on my web site. Also, as a consequence of this interview, I am resuming my former habit of taking a baby aspirin daily.
Another great way to take care of the heart is to take care of the self as a whole, and so I invite you to Wilbur to relax in our waters, and find peace.
Please say hello the next time you are at Wilbur. I am the tall lean man with the twinkly eyes and laughing heart.
Hugs all around,
Richard
