Student Premium Rates

The Wilbur award for achievement in personal advancement is 25% off regular rates Monday through Thursday for the holder of a valid Student Identification Card. Non-Transferable: holiday, midweek and birthday discount excluded. Offer applies to facility use only.

 

POLICIES

Reservations

In order to confirm a reservation at Wilbur Hot Springs, a 50% deposit is required or must be guaranteed with a credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, or personal checks from California only with I.D. For reservations, please call (530) 473-2306.

 

CHECK-IN time is 3pm
CHECKOUT times are:

12:00 noon for rooms

2:00 pm for removal of all kitchen items

On most days you may extend your stay on the grounds until 5:00 pm without an additional fee.

 

Cancellation Policy

We must be notified of cancellations no later than 12:00 Noon, five days prior to arrival. We will retain the deposit on cancellations received within the five-day period. No-shows will be charged the full amount. All holiday periods require notice of cancellation ten days prior to date of reservation.

Children

Children under three years of age may stay without a fee; however, by law, they are not permitted in the flumes. Children under the age of twelve are restricted to daylight hours for use of flumes.

 

Weekends

There is a two-night minimum required for weekend and holiday bookings. One night reservations are sometimes available by calling the prior night. No two-night minimum is required during the summer months.

Quiet Hours

From 10PM to 10AM. The Fluminarium is open 24 hours a day and is a quiet area at all times.

Exclusive Use

Wilbur Hot Springs is ideal for weddings, retreats, seminars, reunions and private gatherings. Attractive rates are available and vary with length of stay, days of week, and the time of year. Catering is available. Call for Information on reserving the entire facility. (530) 473-2306.
